Do You Like The Layout?

Changes Include:
- Forum updated from phpBB2 to phpBB3
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PhpBB)
- Tweaks to colour scheme, the old layout broke when running phpBB3
- Loads of minor other stuff bounce

It's alright but we need darker lines... I can't tell when signatures begin/end.
